Soundarya Lahari - Shloka 91 - To acquire land and wealth

Sanskrit Text :

पदन्यास क्रीडा परिचयमिवारब्धु मनसः
स्खलन्तस्ते खेलं भवनकलहंसा न जहति
अतस्तेषां शिक्षां सुभगमणिमञ्जीर रणित-
च्छलादाचक्षाणं चरणकमलं चारुचरिते

Transliteration :

padanyAsa krIdA paricayamivArabdhu manasah
skhalantastE khElam bhavanakalahamsA na jahati
atastEShAm shikshAm subhagamaNi manjIra raNita-
cchaAadAcakshANam caraNakamalam cArucaritE

Meaning :

O, the one with a holy history,  the swans in your house, do not leave off your lotus-like feet, (and follow them) as if to learn your gait which is like a celestial play.  So, your lotus like feet, by the tinkling of your anklets filled with gems, appears to teach them what they want (i.e., the art of balancing steps).

Pooja Vidhi and Proposed Result

If one chants this verse 1000 times a day, for 45 days, offering milk payasam as prasadam; it is said that one would be able to acquire land and wealth.

சியாமளைக்கிணயுன்டொ
சாறு சரிதே சரஸ நடையுடைய

தாயே போன்னாலையஹம்சங்கள்
தூய நடையைக்கண்டு சூழ்ந்து அசைந்து ஆட

பொன்னடியினில் மின்னும் நூபுரமணி
சலங்கை ஓசை சிட்சையை க்கர்பிக்க
அன்னங்கள் நடக்க ஆரம்பம் செய்திட
மின்ன விசாலமணி நடை உபதேசம் செய்ய
