Sanskrit Text :

गळे रेखास्तिस्रो गतिगमकगीतैकनिपुणे
विवाहव्यानद्धप्रगुणगुणसंख्याप्रतिभुवः
विराजन्ते नानाविधमधुररागाकरभुवां
त्रयाणां ग्रामाणां स्थितिनियमसीमान इव ते

Transliteration :

gaLE rEkhastisrO gatigamakagItaika nipuNE
vivAhavyAnaddhapragunagunasamkhyApratibhuvah
virAjantE nAnAvidha madhura rAgAkarabhuvam
trayANAm grAmANAm sthiti niyama sImAna iva tE

Meaning :
She who is an expert in Gathi (metre), Gamaka (undulations) and Geetha (song); the three major components of music, The three lucky lines on your neck, shine as though to denote the number of the well tied manifold thread tied during your marriage,  And also remind of the place, in your pretty neck, where originates the three musical notes, of Shadja, Madhyama and Gandhara,


Pooja Vidhi and Proposed Result

If one chants this verse 1000 times a day, for 45 days; offering honey, coconut, betel leaves and areca nut as prasadam; it is said that one would get their tasks done.

கீதா ஸ்ரீ மாதா சங்கீத வேதா
கண்டத்தில் ரேகை திரு கான போதா

ஆதி சதா சிவனால் அமைத்த மாங்கல்யம்
சூத்திர சரம் திருரேகை ஜாமீனாகும்

மனோகர ராக மாளவீ பைரவீ  பங்காளி
ஸ்வரங்கள் உத்பத்தி ஸ்தான
கன ஷட்ஜ-மத்திய-காந்தார கிராமம்
கலக்காமலே பாக்கிய ரேகை விசாலாக்ஷி
