रणे जित्वा दैत्यान् अपहृतशिरस्त्रैः कवचिभिः
निवृत्तैः चाण्डांशत्रिपुरहर निर्माल्य विमुखैः
विशाखेन्द्रोपेन्द्रैः शशिविशद कर्पूरशकला
विलीयन्ते मातस्तव वदनताम्बूलकबलाः
Transliteration :
raNE jitvA daityAn apahrutahsirastraih kavachibhih
nivruttaih caNDamsha tripurahara nirmAlya vimukhaih
vishakhEndrOpEndraih shashivishada karpUrashakalA
vilIyantE mAtastava vadana tambUla kabalAh.
Meaning :
Oh mother of the world, the lords Subrahmanya (Vishakha), Vishnu (Upendra) and Indra, who are resting after returning victorious from the war with Asuras, and have removed their head gear, and wearing the iron armour; are not interested in the offal of Lord Shiva (Tripura-hara), which they leave as a share of Chandikeshwara. They, in stead, and are swallowing with zest, the half chewed betel and nut from your holy mouth, which is mixed with powdered camphor as radiant as the moon.
Pooja Vidhi and Proposed Result
If one chants this verse 1000 times each day, for 45 days, offering honey as prasadam; it is said that one would be able to achieve overall victory.

ஸ்ரீமதி சுந்தரி சுரபதிமணி குமாரன்
லக்ஷ்மிபதி
க்ஷேமதேவர்கள் போரில் ஜயமுடன்
சேவிக்க தலைப்பாகை கழற்றி வர
சிவ நிர்மால்யத்தை தேடாமல் தேவி நின்
கவசத்துடன் வர சசிபோல் கற்பூர துண்டும்
சிவை நீ தந்திடும் தாம்பூல தம்பலம்
சுவையுடன் உண்ணும் தேவர் சுகிர்த விசாலமே
