Soundarya Lahari - Sloka 11 - For Progeny

चतुर्भिः श्रीकण्ठै: शिवयुवतिभिः पञ्चभिपि 

प्रभिन्नाभिः शंभोर्नवभिरपि मूलप्रकृतिभिः 

चतुश्चत्वारिंशद् वसुदल कलाश्च् त्रिवलय 

त्रिरेखभिः सार्धं तव शरणकोणाः परिणताः        

Transliteration :

chaturbhih shrikaNThaih shivayuvatibhih panchabhir api
prabhinnAbhih sambhOr navabhir api mUlaprakruthibhih
chatuschatvArimshad vasudala kalAshca trivalaya
trirEkhAbhih sArdham tava sharanakOnaah pariNatAh

Meaning :
With the four chakras which have the property of Lord Siva (i.e., majja, shuklam, praanan, jeevan) , and the five chakras which have the property of Shakti (tvak, asruk, maamsam, medhas, asthi) , which are quite different from the Siva Chakras and do not touch them, together these nine chakras form the basis of this world. Your representation may be broken down into four parts, one of eight petals, one of sixteen petals, one of three circles and openings in all four directions on the periphery, when put together make a total of forty-four angles.

Pooja Vidhi and Proposed Result

If one chants this verse 1000 times each day for 8 days, offering payasam as prasadam, then it is said that one would be blessed with children.

ஸ்ரீ சக்ரபீடேஸ்வரி சந்திரமண்டல
சொரூபஜோதி பீடேஸ்வரி

ஸ்ரீ சக்ரேஸ்வரி ஜகத்கருணே ஸ்வரி
ராஜமந்த்ரேஸ்வரி யந்த்ரதந்த்ரேஸ்வரி

சந்திரமண்டலம் தனில் பைன்தவஸ்தான
மந்திரவடிவே கோணங்கள்
சுந்தரி மகாசக்தி சக்ரங்கள் ஐந்து
சுகஜயசிவ சக்ரம் நான்கு
பிந்து முக்கோண வஸுகொணமாம்
பின்னும் முன்னும் தச்சகொணமாம்
வந்திடும் பதினாலு கொணமாம்
வரையினில் முழு முக்கொணமாம்
என்தாய ஜகமூல காரணமாய்
சக்தி சிவ நவ ததுக்களாய்
ஒன்பது திருக்கொனங்களாக திருக்கோண
சகரத்தில் அஷ்ட்டதளமாக

அஷ்ட்டதள சக்கரத்தில் ஷோடசமாகி
மிஸ்ராரத்தில் திருமேகலையாகி
லக்ஷணசதுர் கோணத்தில்
நான்கு திக்கிலும்
துவாரபூபிரு த்ரயந்களாய்
அக்ஷரவர்ணமும் ஆறாதாரமும்
நானா ஆவரண மணி சக்தியாக
இஷ்டமுடன் எங்கும் சக்திகள் சூழ்ந்து
எகாக்ஷரியை தியானிக்க
ரக்ஷணை செய்திட பரிணமித்து
நாற்பத்திநான்கு கோணமாகி
அக்ஷரபீடவாஸி ரக்ஷிக்க
பக்ஷமாய் விசாலாக்ஷி பூஜிக்க
