Soundarya Lahari - Sloka 41 - For curing abdominal diseases

Sanskrit Text :

तवाधारे मूले सह समयया लास्यपरया
नवात्मानं मन्ये नवरस महाताण्डवनटम्
उभाभ्यामेताभ्यामुदय विधिमुद्दिश्य दयया
सनाथाभ्यां जज्ञे जनकजननीमत् जगदिदम्

Transliteration :

tavAdhArE mUle saha samayayA lAsyaparayA
navAtmAnam manyE navarasa mahAtAnDava naTam
ubhAbhyAmEtAbhyAmudaya vidhi muddhishya dayayA
sanAdhAbhyAm jagnE janaka jananImat jagadidam

Meaning :

[I Pray to you,] the one who is in the form of the Mooladhaara Chakra, and who calls oneself Samaya; along with the Lord (Maha Bhairava) who performs the vigorous Tandava, with shades of all nine emotions. You both, because of your mercy, have come together, and recreated this world, thus becoming the parents of the world.


Pooja Vidhi and Proposed Result

If one chants this verse 4000 times a day, for 30 days, offering honey and pongal as prasadam, one would get freedom from diseases of the abdomen.

ஆனந்த பைரவர் ஆடினார்
பரமானந்த மஹாபைரவி கூட

மூலாதாரசக்கிரத்தில் ஆட  கோல மஹா பைரவி கூட
சிலஸ்ரீங்கார நவரஸத்துடன் ஜால அபிநயம் காட்டிட
சால அபிநயம் பிடித்திட

நர்த்தனத்தின் முடிவினிலே நசித்தான் ஜகத்தினிலே
மறுபடியும் கருணைனாலே அருமை தாண்டவம் ஆடினார்
கருணை தாண்டவம் ஆடினார்

தாயும் தந்தையும் சிலுசிலுக்க சேயை ரக்ஷிக்க லாஸ்யமாக
தூய மனதினில் தோன்றி ஆடிட
நேயன் விசாலம் பாடிட தாசன் விசாலம் பாடிட
